For a lot of moms, the iPad really is a digital cookbook. It makes perfect sense; with so many awesome cookbook apps and recipe apps, not to mention online recipe help and online meal planners, your iPad can be your lifesaver in the kitchen.
So how smart that now there’s a case made to double as a wall mount, so you can hang your treasured iPad up above the sticky fingers and confectioner sugar disasters.
The Wallee iPad case is basically a protective hard case, but with a dandy X slot on the back that connects to an X-shaped wall mount disc. Just mount that disc, snap it together, and you can hang your iPad safely above the cooking fray.
The cases themselves are pretty, in white, black, pale blue, and a bold orange, so there’s got to be one that coordinates with your kitchen. My vote–making the next generation in brushed aluminum or stainless steel. Sweet, right? –Liz
Find the Wallee iPad wall mount case for iPad and iPad 2, online from Wallee. The wall mount disc is sold separately.

Great invention Wallee!!! The innovation that goes along with putting your iPad or similar pad in your living space as a functional part of your daily organization is only the start of adding automation to your busy life.
Link your apps on this device, your cell phone, AND your husband’s cell phone and instantly your calendar, grocery list, honey-do list, shopping/supplies list, address book, DVR Schedule (for the kids), calorie counter, you name it; is all synchronized between the heads of household, and in the kitchen for any ‘helpers’ to interface with.
How many times did you forget to grab the list off the fridge, or wrote it down on the calendar hanging on the kitchen cabinet, and wished you had it in front of you wherever you were.
Sure, you could make a copy in your phone; but why not forget copying this information, and automate it’s replication between all your devices. Simplify your life, so you can spend more time enjoying the kids; rather than getting frustrated with the logistics of life.
Best of Luck to you all!!
I don’t have an iPad – is there any way I can turn one of my kitchen appliances into one?
I love this! Such a great idea
