Pat the Bunny for iPad Pat the Bunny is a baby book staple in most households, including mine, where I got at least three copies at my baby shower. After all, it’s one of the very first interactive books. So not surprisingly he’s finally gone digital with a fun iPad app, which, for a limited time, has a cool new feature for Easter.

The Pat the Bunny app
has become one of my 3 year-old’s favorite iPad apps, with 14 different
“pages” that can be read or magically painted with the swipe of a finger. You can even record your own voice for your kids to play and listen to.

The reading pages feature all sorts of simple activities you’ll recognize from the book, from playing peek-a-boo or even looking at your photo
in a mirror. They’re easy but still entertaining, and can be played out
of order, or in succession, like you were reading the hardcover version.

Right now, for
Easter, they’ve added a hidden egg on each page, which opens up to
reveal a fun, celebratory surprise when your little one finds it. Good day for a download!

At $3.99 it’s priced more like an ebook than an app
but I think you’ll be pleased with how many different ways your kiddos can play with it. And I love that this is something my kids will enjoy even after
Easter is over. -Kristen
