Every time I look at my camera roll, I cringe a little bit thinking about the huge inventory of photos I have. (Don’t judge me for being a year behind on updating our family album, all you organized parents!) Luckily, now that I’ve discovered this great photo printing app, maybe that album will get updated after all. And easily, too.
Printic for iOS is a nice photo app that lets you order prints directly from your phone. While that’s certainly not a new concept, it’s always appreciated when the process is as easy as it is with Printic. Not to mention, the cool Polaroid-looking prints that show up at your door within three business days.
You can use the app to share images over social networks, but its main function is for photo printing. The look of the 3×4″ prints are what make this app different than the others. The overall look and feel of them is very vintage, which I love, and you can add messages to the bottom of the prints in the white space. It’s a nice departure from your standard bleed photos that other apps offer.
The photo prints themselves are on the pricier side at $0.99 each, so they might not be for your entire family album, but for a select few to make a nice brag book gift or other photo display, I think it’s worth it. –Jeana
