Kids’ music download of the week: Bouncy House

At all the summer parties, there is one staple of suburban life that makes my kids jump for joy every time they see it: The big, inflatable bounce house. And now they have an enthusiastically rocking ode to those inflatable fun houses from CMP favorite Recess Monkey.

Bouncy House, from the new album In Tents, has a catchy chorus with the perfect cadence for jumping and flipping until everyone is out of breath and sweaty. And my kids totally agree with lines like I wish the whole world were bouncy. But after birthing three kids, I prefer to stay on non-bouncing ground. –Christina
