This summer, July 20, 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the Apollo Lunar Landing. Even though space travel has been a reality my kids’ entire lives — and mine, too — they’re still incredibly curious about the cosmos.
And since they’re LEGO lovers too, I know they’re going to geek out over the new LEGO CREATOR Expert NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander building set which will be available to purchase tomorrow.

The Apollo 11 Lunar Lander is a whopping 1,087 pieces — sure to take care of the upcoming summer boredom my kids are already experiencing.
If a set that big isn’t in your budget (or patience), don’t worry. They’re also launching seven new LEGO CITY Space sets, focused on NASA’s future missions to reach Mars. They’re in a range of sizes and price ranges, so any future rocket scientists can enjoy them.
The new LEGO CREATOR Expert Nasa Apollo 11 Lunar Lander set will be available exclusively at LEGO stores and online starting June 1.
