The days are getting longer, which means that we parents need a few more tricks up our sleeves if we’re going to get our kids to bed before darkness falls. If, in addition to a warm bath and bedtime story, you’d like another soothing lullaby to help usher your kids to dreamtime, I’m particularly fond of how Malaysian singer/songwright Zee Avi sings the old classic Dream a Little Dream of Me.
With her silky-smooth voice that sounds like it’s from another era, Zee Avi quietly croons the love-song lyrics that still sound sweet when singing them to a thumb-sucking child.
