Let’s say your fireworks get rained out tonight. Or…your kid falls asleep before they start and you miss them. Fear not! There’s an app for that. Or really, a website that can take your photos and make them as All-American festive rah-rah-red-white-and-blue as you’d like.
Yes it’s kind of cheesy, but the 4th of July Holidizer by Conduit is fun to goof around with. Your kids will dig it too. Just upload a photo and you can add graphics from fireworks to BBQ icons to all kinds of patriotic stuff. Play with some basic effects (don’t expect too much from the typography) and…well, you get something fun to post on your social networks, turn into your Facebook banner, or send to the grandparents.
Just know that it’s made for social sharing so there’s no way to just download it. Hint: command/shift/4 on a Mac takes a really lovely screenshot. –Liz
