Last weekend, I co-hosted a fabulous party for the Atlanta Bloggy Boot Camp with our sponsor Best Buy, which was not just an excuse for me to pop on some super high heels and get a night out with some of my favorite bloggers. I also got to play around with the new All-in-One (AIO) computers. If you’re not familiar with these new desktops, here are three reasons why they should definitely be on your radar.

1. Tower begone

The AIO computer has all of its hardware in the super slim monitor, so you can easily pop it on your counter or on a side table in your living room without taking up the ridiculous amount of space that a desktop usually does. So really, it just looks like a big television without all the other hefty parts.

2. Touch me, baby

If your iPad-ified kids are like mine, then they keep tapping on your computer screen, trying to figure out why nothing is moving. Well, with the AIOs, the touch screen lets your kids use that technology when they’re playing or working. Should you need them, there’s still a wireless mouse and keyboard included, which can easily be popped into a drawer when you’re done.

3. Hang it up

Because the AIO is essentially a just monitor, you can easily hang it on your wall, say over your kitchen counter (brilliant), which will save you even more space. That also means you can keep your PC in a higher-trafficked area as opposed to quarantined away in an office–a tactic which happens to be particularly helpful for parents who want to monitor their kids’ usage.
