We know that many of you are gearing up for Christmas, getting ready to kick back and enjoy the fun that comes after all the work of these past few weeks. Here, a link to a little tune from way back in our own childhoods that your kids will love too. After all: Muppets!
The Muppets’ version of We Wish You a Merry Christmas is one of our favorite play-it-again Christmas carols. We love hearing Miss Piggy mistaking “figgy pudding” for a porkier substance; and Animal’s insistence that we won’t go until we get some takes on a very funny tone.
With John Denver adding his voice to the mix, it’s a nice blend of traditional and nutty–kind of like our own celebration. –Christina
