First up, Secret Agent 23 Skidoo’s Sampler EP includes five of my family’s all-time favorites by this super-cool, kid-hop artist. Gotta Be Me is such a great anthem for kids who feel a bit different, while the soulful Secret Handshake pays homage to real friends. And hearing 23 Skidoo’s daughter’s fierce little voice in Family Tree is the cutest thing ever.
Next, mosey on over to Recess Monkey’s Mixtape EP which also features five pay-what-you-can songs from this trio of fun, smart, and completely entertaining educators from Seattle. Popcorn will get the kids bouncing to the beat, and I love the song to our family’s VIP in Grandmom’s House. Definitely a worthy addition to your kids’ music mix.
