I’m not going to lie that when I heard the news about The Simpsons on Minecraft Xbox, I got more than a little excited. Because even though my kids are completely obsessed with Minecraft, if there was anything that might get me actually interested in it, beyond setting limits to their play time that is, it would be The Simpsons. I mean Homer vs. a Creeper? Awesome.
The downloadable content pack for Xbox 360 and Xbox One will have the entire Simpsons family, as well as 19 of Springfield Elementary School’s popular characters from the show, all ready to enter the world of creepers and enderdragons that have pretty much taken over the world these days. Though you will have to wait until the end of February to get your hands on them. I’m setting a calendar alert now.
