It’s been a while since we’ve found swanky USB jewelry worth a mention, so it’s nice to come across By Nordvik on Etsy, which makes pretty great looking flash drive bracelets and necklaces out of Copenhagen–where, let’s face it, all the design is pretty wonderful.
The minimalist USB bracelet designs feature 8GB drives tethered to braided cords, which means you should can have up to 8000 photos or 1,000 songs with you at any time. (That’s not including the ones you forget to pare down from your phone, like me.) You can even get it custom engraved with initials or a monogram, though not through the shop.
The crystal USB necklace might be my favorite though, making a cool little gift for Valentine’s Day, especially if you preload it with your own favorite songs. Who ever thought all those years ago that the mix tape of the future would be wearable?
Besides, I don’t know if it’s just the Danish translation, but one of the tags for the item is “Mega Trend.” Who’s to argue with that?
