As I was looking around the website Quirky, I kept using words like Genius! and Awesome! This web site helps people develop and produce super interesting product ideas. And better–lets those of us who simply appreciate super interesting product ideas, buy them.

You’ll find everything from electronics and accessories, to kitchen gadgets, to cool stuff for parents and kids. But what’s really interesting – not all of it is made yet. Basically the community commits to purchasing something and if enough people do, it goes into production.
Even if you don’t have your own invention, being a member of Quirky means that you can vote on product ideas, product designs, taglines, logos, and other elements of members’ product development. But if all you want to do is shop you can do that too.
It’s like a wonderland for nerds like me. They even have a referral program where you can earn money by getting your friends and family to buy items for sale. It’s like Groupon, but for stuff that doesn’t even exist yet!
