I recently did a round-up of great videoconferecing options for connecting with family over the holidays. But if you’re one of those families that travels for the holidays, you will be happy to know that Skype just announced it is offering one hour of free WiFi in airports this week.
More than 50 airports including all the major ones –
JFK, O’Hare, SFO, Logan, Dulles – are covered today through December
27. But before you travel, check the link here to make sure it’s being offered in yours.
And of course, to use the service, you need to
have Skype downloaded onto your laptop or mobile device.
