My Music CloudHaving a multi-platform, multi-device household can be difficult when all you want to do is transfer an itty bitty song from one device to the other. It’s a whirling dervish of cords, USBs, devices, and wandering MPEG files that usually ends up with someone throwing their hands up in the air and just plunking down the $0.99 to buy the darned song again.

But I just discovered a new service that may put an end to all of our multi-gadget music woes.

MyMusicCloud
is a service that lets you upload your entire music library to the cloud, for anytime-access to your collection of songs from any PC or device.

Let that sink in for a minute.

There’s an app for Android, iOS, Blackberry and
it’s web-based, so essentially any device can access your music library
on-the-go, simply with a log-in from your free account. Signing up for
an account is simple and then you just have to download a syncing agent
that will automatically grab all the files from your iTunes account, any
folder you designate, even a Dropbox account. And voila, your entire
library is now online. Genius!
In addition to serving as music storage,
MyMusicCloud also has its own store of more than 11 million songs, so
you can add directly to your library from there. You can also log-in
through Facebook which lets you post music selections to share with your
friends.

This is a cloud with an extra special silver lining. -Jeana

MyMusicCloud offers online music storage of up to 2 GB of songs for free and the
ability to purchase additional storage starting at $10 annually for 5 GB
of storage.
