A great to-do list app for iOS (how does swiping away your chores sound?)

Maybe it's an age factor or the fact that I have a lot in my brain, but I've been relying more heavily on making lists to do, well, everything. We've covered quite a few great ones here at Cool Mom Tech like Teux Deux, Orchestra and Cozi, but I've just discovered another one that is completely no frills, but totally functional.

SwipeList is a fun (really!) and rainbow-colorful iOS app that is simply for list-making. No syncing, no emailing lists, nothing fancy, but that's what I like about it. There are even features that let you color code each task by simply tapping on it to change colors which is so helpful.

It's wildly intuitive and touch-based--just right swipe when you've completed the task, left swipe to delete it, swipe down to create a new task. It kind of adds a little bit of fun to list-making, as if lists weren't fun enough on their own, right? (Well, for some of us. Like me.)

For people who want a little more flair (and pink) to their color options, SwipeList also offers a free SwipeList Pink version for more of a feminine touch to your lists.

Besides the fun colors and sounds that happen when you swipe, the app is completely ad-free. Another reason to get on that to-do list through tech. -Jeana

SwipeList and SwipeList Pink are both available for free for iOS on iTunes.
