I have become a die-hard devotee of mobile chargers, from portable battery packs and charging cases to other portable power sources. The one issue: I am a die-hard misplacer of the cables that often connect them. Don’t ask.
But aha! A brilliant solution.
From the makers of the Mini-Dock that we like, the Kii by BlueLounge is a super compact charger-connector that fits right on your key chain. (If I lose that then I’m in more trouble than when I lose my Mophie connector.) It looks like a key, with a pull tab at top, and even a key ring should you need one to get started.
The Kii lets you charge or sync your phone or tablet to your Mac laptop, all cable free. Love that! I also like that you can get it with either a Lightning connector or the classic 30-pin, for those of us still clinging to our iPad 2 and iPhone 4S as long as possible.
Just connect the two and you get an instant charge on your phone via your laptop, or can download those photos you just snapped without the hassle of emailing them to yourself, opening your email program, downloading…yeah. –Liz
