They say variety is the spice of life, and I’ve definitely found that to be true where it comes to educational kids’ apps. The more awesome kids’ apps I load on the iPad, the more likely it is my own kids will keep exploring and learning, and now there’s one more to add.
The latest educational app in my arsenal is Ogre Academy Math. No long, involved storylines or multi-level game play–just a bright and engaging way to practice basic equations.
My 8-year old used Ogre Academy to practice her multiplication facts over fall break, and my 5-year old loves feeding the ogres bonbons when he gets addition and subtraction answers right. Simple, fun, and free too. –Julie
