No, the Samsung Galaxy isn’t walking away from the 21st century touch screen. At least, not on the screen.
How great are these Samsung Galaxy rotary phone cases? Available at photographer Kim DeGooyer’s Semi Sweet Studios shop on Etsy, I love that they’re actually sturdy, Case-Mate cases, but admittedly it was the the awesome retro colors that immediately grabbed my attention. Especially that yellow one, which looks just like the rotary phone my best friend had in her kitchen when we were growing up.
Clearly Kim has a better eye than we did back in the rotary-dial days. We were stuck with one in maroon.
These are definitely on the pricey side, but each one is an original, made-to-order piece of art from the photographer’s own work. And hey, it’s a drop in the bucket compared to an actual Samsung Galaxy. –Liz
